May is a Full Month for Red Hills Golfers with St James Bay, The Players, SouthWood

Join us for another spring-time junior golf tournament at Carrabelle's St James Bay golf course.

This is a coastal wetlands course and shot making it at a premium.  The course is not long but accurate placement of tee shots is a must!

COST: $68 for 18-holers; $48 for 9-holers.

TEE TIMES: Saturday, May 10. Tee times start approx. 12:30pm eastern time (Carrabelle time).

SIGNUP DEADLINE: Midnight, Wednesday, May 7, 2014

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds are available by calling the St James Bay Pro Shop: 850-697-9606.

Practice round fees: $10.00 for 9-holers, $15.00 for 18-holers (cart fees are $15/$25 respectively).

Reminder: 9-holers will play front nine.

Join Us for Bay Point Meadows April 12-13

Join us for another spring-time junior golf tournament at Panama City Beach's Bay Point Meadows course. Yes, we know this coincides with the Masters on TV ... but let's get outside and play some golf! You'll be home on Sunday in time to catch Amen Corner!

Due to the afternoon starting times Saturday – and participation with players from the Emerald Coast Junior Tour and others -- limited spots are available for 18-holers. We expect this event to sell out so please register early!

COST: Two-day event: $120 for 18-holers (36 total), $90 for 9 holers (18 total). There will be a Wait Llst for late entries.

TEE TIMES: Saturday, April 12. Tee times start approx. 12:30pm central time (Panama City time). Sunday tee times begin at 9:02am central.

Warm Up for Future Masters with RHJT March 22-23 Tournament at Dothan CC!

TWO DAY RHJT EVENT PROVIDES A RARE PREVIEW OF THE COURSE

For the past 65+ years, Dothan CC has hosted the Press Thornton Future Masters Golf Tournament which takes place each June in Dothan, AL.  It is one of the most prestiguous junior tournaments in the world. An impressive list of golfing greats who have competed in the tournament continues to grow – greats like Masters Champion Bubba Watson to Stewart Cink, Harris English and Hudson Swafford, just to name a few.

The Future Masters has become a proving ground for golf's brightest junior stars. Red Hills players are able to play this wonderful layout again Saturday and Sunday March 22-23.

Camp Creek Feb. 9 Is Joint Event with ECJT

Signup Deadline is Midnight, Wednesday Feb. 5

In coordination with the Emerald Coast Junior Tour, Red Hills will host the 3rd Annual Surf & Turf Classic at Panama City Beach's Camp Creek Golf Club on Sunday Feb. 9, 2014.

The event will feature players from both tours, played under Red Hills rules, age divisons and yardages.

We expect a  good turn out for this event – an excellent opportuity to meet and play with junior players from Florida's panhandle -- from the west of Panama City to Pensacola.

Signup deadline:  Midnight, Wed. Feb. 5

Event Fees: $68 for 18-holers; $48 for 9-holers. Players MUST be members of either RHJT or ECJT to participate.

Event Tee times: Sunday, Feb. 9 starting Sunrise CST (Panama City time). Tee times posted Friday at noon before the tournament. (Older players are first to tee off).

Practice rounds: Call (850) 231-7600 to schedule. Cost: 18-holes: $75, 9-holes: $50 (9-Hole Players will play the Front 9 so please schedule practice round accordingly)

Practice Round Cart Fees*:  $15 (9 holes); $25 (18 holes)
(*Camp Creek has requested there be no spectators during practice rounds.)
