TWO DAY RHJT EVENT PROVIDES A RARE PREVIEW OF THE COURSE

For over 70 years, Dothan CC has hosted the Press Thornton Future Masters Golf Tournament which takes place each June in Dothan, AL.  It is one of the most prestiguous junior tournaments in the world. An impressive list of golfing greats who have competed in the tournament continues to grow – greats like Masters Champion Bubba Watson to Stewart Cink, Harris English and Hudson Swafford, just to name a few.

Former Red Hills players who have had success are 13-14 Boys winner Kyle Cornelius (2014); 10-Under winner Thomas Ponder (2011); Bennett Baker (2011) and Thomas Ponder (2015) finished 3rd Place in Boys 13-14, and current RHJT player John Daniel Culbreth (2015) finished 8th.

The Future Masters has become a proving ground for golf's brightest junior stars. By special arrangement, Red Hills players are able to play this wonderful layout again Saturday and Sunday March 18-19, 2017.
